In Spanish Alcance means scope, range and reach.
Alcance exists to help leaders and organizations know their scope, expand their range, and ultimately reach their dreams.
Founded and led by educator, strategist, and transformational coach Dahlia Aguilar, Alcance brings more than twenty years of experience in teaching, school leadership, system-level strategy, and organizational development. Dahlia has guided public/charter schools, nonprofits, and community-based organizations through moments of startup, uncertainty, scale, and reinvention.
Her work designing system diagnostic tools, facilitating leadership development, and supporting school transformation efforts shapes Alcance’s commitment to equity-centered continuous improvement. Dahlia has spent her career helping leaders clarify their purpose, strengthen their systems, and build cultures that honor people.
Alcance is a multilingual, woman-of-color–led practice rooted in the belief that every leader can grow, every organization can evolve, and every community deserves schools and institutions where people flourish.
